2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants confirm that they are legally eligible to do so.
3. Competition Format
Each competition is a prize competition, not a lottery. Entry requires answering a skill-based question which must be answered correctly to qualify. Entries submitted without a correct answer will be deemed invalid. There is a maximum of 50 entries per competition. Only one prize is available per competition.
4. Skill-Based Question
Entry to each competition requires correctly answering a skill-based question.The skill-based question is designed to prevent the competition from being a game of chance. Entries with incorrect answers will be invalid. Only entries with correct answers will be included in the draw.
5. How to Enter (Paid Entry)
Entries may be purchased online after correctly answering the competition question. Each valid paid entry corresponds to a unique ticket number. Entries are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Free Postal Entry
You may enter any competition for free by post. To do so, send your full name, email address, telephone number, and the name of the competition you wish to enter on a postcard or sealed envelope to:

Only one free postal entry per person, per competition is permitted. Entries must be received before the competition closing date.Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted. Free entries are treated the same as paid entries once validated.
7. Entry Limits
A maximum of 500 total entries are permitted per competition
A maximum of 50 entries per person applies. Entries exceeding these limits will be void.
8. Minimum Entry Requirement
Each competition requires a minimum of 100 total valid entries (including paid and postal entries) to proceed. If fewer than 100 valid entries are received by the closing date:
The competition will be cancelled
All paid entries will be refunded in full
No draw will take place
9. Draw Method
All draws are conducted live and streamed publicly. A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries using a fair and transparent method.
10. Winner Selection
Each competition has one winner. The winning ticket number will be announced during the live draw.
11. Prize & Payment
Prizes are paid to the winner the same day, where possible, via bank transfer or an equivalent payment method. Winners must provide valid identification and payment details upon request.
12. Refunds
Entries are non-refundable except where:
A competition is cancelled due to the minimum entry requirement not being metAn entry is deemed invalid due to an incorrect answer to the skill-based question
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
13. Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to void entries, refuse participation, or withhold prizes where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or draw may result in disqualification.
13. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, delays, or errors beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
15. General
We reserve the right to amend or cancel competitions where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
